Assistant Production Manager - Requirements
* Previous experience in a Assistant Production Manager role
* Experience of using SAP systems is desirable
* Proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
* Experience of preparing risk assessments is essential
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is essential
* Ability to work within a team to solve problems and issues
Assistant Production Manager - Responsibilities
* Responsible for the achievement of envisaged aims, by operating in compliance with: Health & Safety, Environmental and Product's safety provisions; ISO 9001 Quality System; Group's policies.
* Responsible for the management of production personnel, including the shift rotation.
* Collaborate with the production Planning Office suggesting possible corrective actions.
* Ensure that the product is compliant with the assigned technical specifications.
* Collaborate with the Product Office for the technical specification's updates, highlighting faults and suggesting alterations for an ongoing improvement.
* Participate in the activities to develop new products coordinating technical tests and sampling.
* Participate in the assessment of auxiliary raw materials by organizing and following their industrial tests.
* Promote innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants.
* Collaborate with the maintenance to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines.
* Collaborate with shift supervisors/ assistants to create the best corporate climate.
* Collaborate with all the corporate departments to maximise productivity and efficiency.
* Responsible for the collaborators' professional growth, valorisation, and motivation.
* Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.
