Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting an Onsite 2nd Line Support Engineer commutable to Slough.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for the End User Technology environment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services.
Rate information:
Up to GBP33,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
Monday to Friday working week
9.00am - 17.00pm*
Site based working

PC and Laptop deployment via autopilot
ServiceDesk support via walk ups
Desktop support
Remote support for homebased staff
Teams Meeting room support
Printer support
Installations, move and changes
1st / 2nd line support activitiesThe Candidate:
Experience working on a 2nd line service desk or in a 2nd Line desktop support role
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent Time management and Organisational skills.
A good theoretical and practical approach to diagnosing problems.
Ability to work independently on a wide range of products.
Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook
Customer support skills
Experience of user move and changes
Good all-round understanding of hardware maintenance/break-fix
Desirable certifications - CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Server+ / CompTIA Network+/ ITIL Foundation/ MCDST/ CCENTIf you are interested in this vacancy, please click apply
