Trainee Assistant Manager | Merrie England Coffee Shops Brighouse | Working 5 days per week, including a Saturday or Sunday| GBP20,280 basic plus overtime available plus Performance-related bonus.
Serving the community for over 50 years, Merrie England is a family-run chain of 6 coffee shops. They are friendly, well known, and popular in the area, with a local regular customer base.

Experience in taking some responsibility.
The ability to multi-task and work under pressure at busy times.
This is a customer-facing role, so you must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
Being barista trained would be an advantage but is not necessary.

You will work alongside the manager of the shop.
You will run the shop in the manager's absence.
