Recruitment Compliance Administrator
City and County Healthcare Group is one of the largest providers of community-based social care services in the UK. Every day, tens of thousands of people with care needs are supported to continue living independently at home by our operating companies.
To support the great work we do, we are looking for a new Compliance Administrator to join us at our office in Telford. This is a full time role working from 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday. This is a fast paced role, to support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence for longer. To ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time and to ensure the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of the service users.
As a leading provider of Healthcare services to the local community, we ensure we provide fully trained and qualified staff to care for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have some recruitment experience, strong customer service skills, a friendly approach and the confidence to speak to applicants and other departments by phone or email.
You would be joining a friendly team of Adminsitrators who are all working to the same goals. We provide free parking and offer 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
In this Recruitment Compliance Administrator role you will be involved in the following:
Being the first point of contact for compliance administration enquiries
Complete administrative tasks such as document copying and reference gathering
Liaise with new candidates over the phone on a day to day basis
Managing spreadsheets, candidate files and databases
Ensure the pre-start compliance process has been completed before people commence work
Updating and maintaining the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and automated screening tool
Creating and sending weekly statistics to Team Leader
Managing the compliance inboxes on a rota basis
Ideal Recruitment Compliance Administrator Person Specification:
Be able to meet SLA s and weekly targets
You will possess exceptional telephone and email communication skills/techniques
Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
Excel experience is desirable
Ability to identify alternative solutions to a problem
Intuitive and proactive approach to work
Have a high attention to detail
Will have an approachable and friendly manner to provide as professional and positive service to all New Starters.
Ability to learn new systems as and when required
Able to reprioritise workload efficiently
