The salary is between GBP22,000 and GBP24,000 per annum dependent upon experience. Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on a Friday.
This position offers you the opportunity to work in small friendly life science Company that is part of a larger Group of Companies that is rapidly expanding in the UK and Europe!
you will be responsible for looking after a range of customers that include the NHS and other hospital related contracts here in the UK.
Ther position includes:
Processing all UK orders and preparing Invoices on current CRM system together with preparation of any associated or requested documentation as required.
Arranging delivery of consignments
Preparation of quotations
Purchasing all office supplies
Ordering of monthly red cells and allocating to stock and keeping good communication with NHSBT
Dealing with customer queries providing excellent customer service by email and telephone
Answering incoming telephone calls efficiently and deal with customer queries or redirecting to appropriate person if required
General Secretarial duties
Filing of paperwork
To assist with export order processing where required. Providing cover for other areas or administration to cover absences / peaks of work
Carrying out any other tasks as required
For this position you will need to be able to demonstrate:
Excellent customer service skills both written and oral
A good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Word
Strong administration skills
Well organised
Quick learner
Enjoy working independently and as part of a team
