Role Summary:

NHS Professionals is looking for an Account Manager to join our team to lead account management strategies and deliver effective workforce solution services for our client Trusts.

As an Account Manager, you will ensure we retain our trust partnerships and contribute to the strategic plans of our clients through successful stakeholder relationships and collaborating with our operational recruitment business areas to deliver on our client promises.

Skills/Responsibilities:

* Working closely with Account Directors and Trust Account Managers you will forensically analyse your accounts and develop strategies to enable effective management of the client relationships and client focussed activity against the agreed contractual terms.

* Your aim is to maximise the account and develop the opportunities accordingly.

* You will be key to negotiating contract extensions and understanding the client's requirements when it comes to re-tendering.

* You will embed yourself within the client structure and develop your credibility to become a trusted partner to support retention and account development.

* This role is based remotely but with travel to our NHS Partner Trusts along the South Coast.

About You:

Ideally, you would have previous experience of working for a Managed Service Provider or demonstrable experience of workforce planning but experience from other sectors is welcomed.

* You can seamlessly integrate and embed yourself in a client organisation, cementing your place as a trusted partner and a subject matter expert

* You are hard-working, ambitious, results driven and unflappable under pressure

* You are a collaborator with the ability to tap into internal expertise and resources as well as fostering excellent relationships with external stakeholders at all levels

* You influence effectively and take people with you

* You have the analytical ability to navigate data, interpret it and make predictions

* You take ownership and excel at swiftly resolving any issues/conflicts

* You are comfortable with having the freedom and flexibility that remote working brings to manage your workload and plan your time and movements accordingly
