We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse/FLT Operative to join our clients team based at their site in Crewe!
Our client is a large manufacturing company looking to expand it's logistics/warehousing team.
What you'll be doing:
As a warehouse/FLT operative you'll be involved in numerous processes right across the business. You'll need to be self motivated and have a great work ethic.
* Packing customers orders.
* Liaising with courier and forwarders with regards to relevant modes of transport to the customers site for delivery.
* Picking materials required by the production team.
* Operating the FLT to transport stock, store stock and load and unload delivery vehicles.
* Record inbound stock on a computer system.
* Generate dispatch documents required for shipping.
* Ensuring items leave the warehouse on time with the correct documentation.
* Inventory reviews.
You'll need to have a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence. A valid reach truck licence would also be advantageous but not essential.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:00 till 16:45 and Friday 08:00 till 13:00.
Pay:
GBP11 per hour, paid weekly, every Friday.
Overtime is paid at 1.5x the standard rate, equating to GBP16.50 per hour.
