We are recruiting for General Operatives experienced in Knife Hand, on behalf of our well established client, the UK's premier salmon specialist.
This is a family-owned business, the home of great fish and seafood, looking for staff to join them on a full-time basis.
Hours;
- Monday - Friday 6 am - finish (between 4:30pm-6pm)
- Every other Saturday 6 am - 12 pm
Hourly Rates;
- GBP9.50 p/h
- Saturday Rates GBP11.88 p/h
This is an ongoing role for candidates who are looking for ongoing weekly work.
With opportunity for progression to become permanent with the company and comes with all the benefits of being part of a local, family-run business with a great team.
This role will include general production work such as:
- Food production tasks such as packing, chopping, weighing
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic working environment
- Have the ability to perform a variety of physical activities and safely carry out manual handling
- Feel comfortable wearing the necessary PPE to ensure food safety
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures
- The safe use of knife handling
