My client based in Corby has a great opportunity for an experienced administrator. They are recruiting a Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator on a permanent basis.

The role will entail working in a varied and fast paced environment, and comes with wide variety of duties & responsibilities.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Office Administration

Handling both the incoming and outgoing post / email enquiries
Greeting visitors and fielding incoming calls
Taking customer orders accurately and in a timely fashion
Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely fashion
Working closely with the team to ensure tenders and quotations are completed quickly and more importantly accurately
Good MS Applications ability including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Sage would be useful.Personal profile:

Good organisational skills
IT literate
Enjoy working on different projects with various clients
Attention to detail
Keen to learn and develop skills
Good communication skills
