Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week - flexible to work some evenings and weekends
Pay: GBP24,000 per annum (Increase your pay with overtime sleep shifts at GBP71.28 a night)

We are an independent charity of around 250 staff and 100 volunteers across multiple counties and our purpose is to prevent the causes and reduce the effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion.
We have a number of beautiful properties in the Wiltshire area supporting vulnerable young people as well as unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.
Due to excellent relationships and service delivery with Swindon Borough Council and partners we are expanding.
We want people that can help us deliver the best possible homes and support to young people. Due to growth, we are looking for a Supported Housing Manager (Internally known as a Project Manager) for our Accommodation Based Services in Swindon, Wiltshire.
* Your focus will be to help people with the challenges that present when they are facing homelessness. You will move people into housing to prevent homelessness and provide support, which helps them to find long-term accommodation. As part of your role, you will have oversight of our accommodation.
* Support is a broad term. This could include; helping someone move and settle into their new home, safety planning to reduce harm, helping someone secure their desired job or secure the place on the training course they have aspired too, support with independent living skills like shopping, budgeting, and cooking.
* Your support will be trauma informed and you will understand people's backgrounds and focus on their strengths. You will learn about Psychologically Informed Environments and ground your support in these principles.
* There will be tailored, specific training that will help you advance through a training pathway and progress during your career at CCP.
* You will work in collaboration to champion consultation and engagement. Working in partnership with our residents, their families, external agencies including; Local Authority housing and homelessness teams, Health Services, Children's and Families services and our Commissioners.
* As Project Manager, you will assist the Service Manager with the oversight of the services across the area. This will include supporting with complex cases, leading on support and safety planning. Resource allocation, contract compliance and team management will be core responsibilities of this role. You will be both a role model and leader to the wider team. As a member of a Management team progression is available due to our approach to opportunity. You will put forward ideas to contribute to a continuous push for highest standards for our residents, the service, and the Charity.
Our close-knit teams of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Project Managers deliver their support over a rota pattern that includes some evenings and weekends.
