Systems Analyst - Wiltshire / Hybrid
Currently hiring for an exciting role as a Systems Analyst within a fast-paced expanding team.
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to help to support with system data, health and safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the department.
You will work closely with your team to conduct client service investigations (exploring trends, incidents, and data) and will be able to take an active role in meetings to pass on your findings. You will ensure working practices are carried out in a diligent and timely manner and act as a point of engagement for testing teams and development teams who will aim to implement changes based on your findings.
As an ideal Systems Analyst you will have:
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to read and write SQL
Experience briefing teams on your findings
Great communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Strong Analytical/numerical skillsThis is a hybrid role which can be predominantly home based.
