Branch Manager

With the role of Branch Manager no day is ever the same. There are 3 key elements to the role:

Managing, motivating and supporting your team to achieve high performance levels
Overseeing the day to day running of operations, creating a positive, engaged and productive branch in line with company values
Developing new business whilst maintaining and maximising existing business, both personally and through your team What's in it for you?

Basic salary of GBP30,000 - GBP38,000 dependent on experience.
Realistic first year earnings are between GBP38,000 and GBP48,000.

Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after a year's employment inclusive of statutory holidays

A proven track record in recruitment management ideally in the Industrial or Driving sector
Sales management experience
Experience of a fast-paced, target driven environment
