Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading educational charity in the recruitment of in Inhouse Recruiter, to work as part of a newly created team with responsibility for the promotion of vacancies across all sites, and recruit for a wide range of roles from Care Workers to Head Teachers. With the organisation rapidly growing in size, this is an exciting time to join and become part of our new recruitment team.
This exciting new role is not a typical recruitment role and offers the successful applicant a diverse role in recruitment and resourcing, including:
* writing and placing adverts
* direct communications with candidates
* producing reports
* building excellent relationships with key stakeholders
* designing engaging social media campaigns
* creating effective external partnerships.
* Working closely with the HR teams, you will be providing them with an excellent supply of quality applications
Key requirements:
* experience in working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
* excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem solve and think creatively
* IT literate and able to maximise digital marketing and online recruitment boards
* outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* the ability to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
* self-motivated to develop and progress yourself, and others around you
