Property Inspector, Keswick, GBP11.00 per hour
Do you have an eye for detail?
Our client based in Keswick is looking for a Property Inspector to join the team. The role will involve visiting property lettings to check the property over before new guests arrive.
Duties include
Driving to the property & ensuring the cleaning team have exceeding customer expectations.
Ensuring the property is all ready for change over.
Reporting any issues to the maintenance team
Building a good rapport with the cleaners & the owners of the properties
Supervisory experience and a full manual driving license are required for this role.
We are looking for someone who has great communication skills with the ability to build & maintain excellent relationships with good attention to detail.
Two x roles available 22.5 hours or 30 hours a week Saturdays are required to work each week. Hours are 9.00am -17.00pm. Work vehicle provided by the employer
