Location: Dunball Industrial Estate, Bridgwater, Taunton (office based)
Type of Job: Contractor / 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Telent Technology Services are now actively looking for a Project Administrator (Business Administrator) to join our busy Network Services team, based at our Bridgewater, Taunton office. This will predominantly be office-based.
Project Administrator - Role Profile:
You'll be working as part of the wider Project Administration team that is dedicated to providing business support to various teams and functions. This is a general business administrator position that will see you deliver project related support, client support, supplier management, documentation support, Purchase Order management, scheduling and planning support. We aim to be the UK's leading network installation business, harnessing and enhancing the skills of our people to deliver high quality cost effective services.
Project Administrator - Typical Deliverables:
Compilation and management of project documents / project documentation
Ensure information received from customers is correct against existing documentation
Record keeping and updating our database / CRM systems
Other admin / administration / administrator tasks as required in the Dunball facility
Requirement to populate asset and inventory information
Raise and manage Purchase Orders (PO's)
Supplier documentation management
Scheduling and planning of works (as of when required)Project Administrator - Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Office 365 experience (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
Strong communication skills (via telephone and face to face)
Able to work well in a team and as an individual
Attention to detail is a key part of the role
Punctual and able to delivery tasks within set deadlines / SLA's
Able to deal with difficult customers and/or clientsInside IR35 / PAYE - Excellent benefits:
