Over 10 weeks, we'll provide you with the initial training you'll need to get you up to speed in Salesforce and support you as you gain your industry certifications to become an official Salesforce Developer. We'll then place you with our client, to give you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the jobs market.
Plus, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Salesforce Authorized Training Partner, we'll provide you with a customized learning and development plan and career development coach, to help you become the best at what you do.
Once you're trained and certified, you'll work as a Salesforce Developer with one (or more) of our clients. Your role could include:
Functionality and stability testing of applications
Designing, coding, and implementing apps through Salesforce
Creating development goals and timelines
Troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and maintaining application software security
Documentation and creating training documentsWho we're looking for
To apply for this program, you'll need previous experience with an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language (such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or Python), and/or some previous experience as a Developer (we will accept candidates with experience in Front End, Back End, and Full Stack). We are also willing to consider candidates with experience as an Automation Tester.
The most successful candidates will be able to demonstrate some experience in any of the following:
For candidates coming from a Front End background, experience with Angular.JS is preferred, but candidates with experience in Vue.JS, React.JS, JSON, or Rest APIs will also be considered
For candidates coming from a Back End background, Enterprise/SaaS Software Development is preferred (particularly Java, C#, or Python)
If your background is in Automation Testing, experience with Selenium will be vital
Experience working in an Agile environment in two-week sprints
Previous technology consultancy experience is highly desirable, but not essentialYou'll also need to be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver, and dedicated to learning your new skill set.

Willing to commit to a minimum of two years' working with Revolent, post training
Able to commit to 40 hours per week, post training
Available to start training on August 8th, 2022While this is a remote role, successful applicants will be expected to travel to the office, up to 3 times a month, so candidates living within a commutable distance of Newcastle, Winnersh, or Reading are preferred.
