We're hiring for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join a close-knit team at a manufacturer based in Denton, Tameside. Due to an increase in workload for the sales department, they are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join them on a part-time basis working between 5/6 hours Monday - Friday.
Operating for more than 40 years, this family run manufacturer design and produce bespoke goods using leading laser cutting, CNC cutting, and plastic fabrication methods.
What's on offer?
* GBP10.00 - GBP11.00 p/h
* Part-time hours (24-hours per week) 8:00 am - 1:00 / 2:00 pm
* Onsite canteen
* Free onsite parking
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
* Assisting the office team with processing orders / invoices
* Liaising with customers over the phone and providing excellent customer service
* Dealing with email enquiries and responding promptly and professionally
* Chasing purchase order numbers from the dispatch team
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day general administration
* Occasionally supporting the warehouse team when required
What do you need?
* Previous experience as an Administrator or similar is preferred
* Computer literate; competent with Microsoft packages
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to cope with the demands of accurate data entry and maintenance
* A willingness to help out in other areas of the business when required, such as the warehouse department
