Parts and Warranty Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing 26 after 5 years of service), 2 charity days leave per year, EAP scheme, pension, 10% retail discount scheme, Bupa Health Assessment, Training and development opportunities, team social events throughout the year and more benefits included.
Duties:
- Process and assess all the returns
- Chase any outstanding warranty items with engineers and ensure they are returned within given timeframes
- Monitor and record all successful claims
- Ensure any missing or damaged items are recorded for reporting purposes
- Check all returns and return to stock or re-sell
- Liaise with engineers to expedite return parts
- Resolve any damaged or DOA items with delivery supplier
- Resolve delivery issues ASAP
- Return unused and unwanted items to suppliers for credit
- Provide holiday cover to other team members
Skills and Experience Required:
- Good time management skills
- Strong relationship management
- Good communication skills
- PC skills using bespoke software
- Microsoft office skills (Excel and Outlook)
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workload
