Part Time QA Manager - Electronics
Part Time QA Manager required for an Electronics solutions provider (electronic components, embedded solutions, displays, printers, fans, etc) based in Reading / Theale. The working hours will be negotiable but preferably 20 hours per week.
Part Time QA Manager - Electronics Position Overview
• Monitor and implement QA systems to BS / NQA statutory requirements
• Management, interpretation, implementation of external procedures and specifications
• Preparation of QA Procedures reports as required by IHL / Customers
• Auditing of QA system/processes for the Company
• Generating relevant reports for QA assessment and Management review (monthly)
• Responding to customer quality/product problems under RMA Management as required
• Prepare for and implement NQA review and annual assessment
• Completion of necessary QA documents required by Customers / QA system requirements
• QA System policing
• Training update of staff as required in QA policies and statutory requirements
• Co-ordinating & Responding to customer related RoHS/Conflict materials as required
• Monitor of incoming goods inspection, testing and validation to agreed inspection standards
• Final inspection of products supplied part assembled for customers as appropriate
• RMA System Policing
• Liaise with Customer / Suppliers / Operations / Stores /Sales & Finance as appropriate
• Create / supply CAR for IHL records and customer as required
Part Time QA Manager - Electronics Position Requirements
• Degree / HNC / ONC or similar in engineering or similar electronics discipline
• ISO900:2015 Certified / understanding to BSI / NQA standard
• Qualified Auditor CQI / IRCA certified
• Recognised Quality Manager Accreditation or experience
• Understanding of ESD Compliance and effect on component products
• Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good Communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Be capable of hands-on problem solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
