Ideal candidate must be a graduate

some HR Experience or recruitment retail, or healthcare experience is essential

previously worked within healthcare or NHS is preferred

The Resourcing team within Healthcare sits within the HR function, and acts as a Centre of Excellence by supporting and advising the business on all areas of candidate attraction and selection. The team works very closely with their divisional colleagues to offer a seamless recruitment service that helps attract and retain the very best candidates.

The team is based in the People Team Office in the midlands with elements of remote working.

Talent Acquisition Partner roles, the candidate should live in one the following areas:

* Oxford

* Surrey

* Reading

To support the delivery of the workforce plan for the regions that support sites who provide Healthcare service to vulnerable persons.

You will support the in-house recruitment strategy by resourcing and managing candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process for priority and hard to fill vacancies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in-house for a healthcare organisation or for an agency directly sourcing healthcare candidates such as Support Workers and Home Managers and achieving weekly and monthly KPIs.
