Professional Waiting Staff
KHR are working with an award winning restaurant in the Tenterden area looking to employ casual professional Waiting Staff on an on-going basis. You will provide excellent customer service to all guests, upholding the already established excellent reputation.
Ideally you can commit to working Friday, Saturday and Sundays, hours varying from 11am - 11pm. You will work well as part of a team, showing initiative and forward thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
*Ensure the cleanliness of tables
*Show customers to their tables, presenting them with the variety of menu options
*Advise on specials and offer recommendations
*Take customer orders down accurately
*Final quality checks on all food and drinks before going out
*Deliver customer bills and accept payments via card machine and cash
Candidate Profile:
*Team player
*Excellent communicator
*Proven customer service skills
*Ability to build working relationships
*Well presented
