We are currently looking to expand our team with a technology support focused individual. Reporting to the Implementation manager, the role covers providing support to our clients for our in-house developed recruitment software.
The role is a full time role, based at our offices in Otley, West Yorkshire, with option for partial home-working, and is an opportunity to join one of UK's leading recruitment companies.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide end user support via telephone, email and chat
- Work with the implementation team to implement new systems
- Update existing system configuration based on client feedback
- Resolve issues and queries from clients
- Document configuration changes and system features
- Provide training on software features and usage
- Strive for continuous improvement in I.T. products and services
Requirements
Blue Octopus primarily work with Microsoft technologies, as such the successful candidate should have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Communication skills
- Organization skills
- Customer Service skills
- Problem solving and ability to manage and prioritize workload
- Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) skills
- Working knowledge of Azure Devops is desirable
