Our client offers a bespoke service to contractors, freelancers and small businesses. They are looking for an enthuastic and helpful person to join their customer support team. As you will be dealing with clients and candidates, you must be able to provide an excellent service through emails, phone calls and face to face.
Your job role will include:
* Dealing with all aspects of customer service
* Dealing with complaints, queries and general enquiries
* Recording information onto systems
* Complying with GDPR requirements
* Basic administrative duties
* Working alongside other team members/team manager
You will be required to work between the hours of 9am to 6pm and based within the office in Aylesbury.
You will also be provided with a work van for the duration of your role.
