Digital Product Designer - Figma - Woking
Clarion Chase are currently working with a leading organisation to recruit a Digital Product Designer at an exciting time in their growth. You will be joining a team who enjoy working in collaborative environments, are passionate about delivering best in class experiences and are driven to create something meaningful.

I am looking for candidates with experience of Figma.
About the role,
* This is a fantastic opportunity to use your user centred design expertise to drive forward a wide range of exciting Digital products that my client are working on.
* You will be joining a rapidly expanding cross-functional teams to bring UCD expertise.
* You will be the voice of the customer with the ability to articulate and champion user needs to the wider team and stakeholders
* Work with a team to identify problems, solve pain points as well as identify new opportunities
* Proactively and self-sufficiently run user interviews and stakeholder workshops
* Making decisions based on user behaviour through various methods including research, surveys and data insights
* Influence the end user experience through a focus on continual improvement and facilitate the iterative process
* Produce outputs from draft sketches and to high fidelity prototypes and sufficient documentation
* Design with consistency and brand principles in mind - adopting and evolving the design system to help provide UX/UI consistency across our digital products.
* Work in partnership with the Product Manager, and your squad, to set the longer term product strategy
Key Skills required,
* Experience as a Product Designer, designing highly engaging customer centric products
* You must enjoy creating collaborative environments, influencing what's right and creating changes for the good; driven by a love to work to create something meaningful
* A good understanding of the full lifecycle of product development; from ideation, user research, testing, development, launch and iteration
* Confident presenting, preparing presentations, and communicating the rationale behind your design decisions
* You've shipped products, and understand what it takes to create valuable, people-oriented experiences.
* Possess commercial acumen and digital expertise, advocating user centred design processes, high accessibility standards and a good knowledge of the digital landscape.
* Experience with ecommerce, subscription billing products or publishing content an advantage
My client are offering a salary of up to GBP60,000 depending on experience plus benefits
