We have been appointed to assist one of our clients to recruit an Apprenticeship Account Manager to work in their head office in Morley, Leeds.

The provider offer Apprenticeships and Traineeships to businesses in the local area. Reporting directly to the Business Relationship and Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the company's sales function and management of existing customers ensuring the highest level of customer care. Working within an established team, the role will consist of managing in-bound, outbound & existing leads to drive & convert high value sales ensuring initial & repeat purchase business.

Main Responsibilities

- Management of existing customer accounts whilst going above & beyond to service our clients needs

- Delivery & execution of agreed KPIs in accordance with the Business Development Strategy

- Identifying leads & opportunities alongside new audiences, customers, growth area, trends & products

- Conversion of high value leads to drive initial and repeat purchase business

- Delivering key customer revenue growth YoY in accordance with the Business Development Strategy.

- Reporting of KPIs including lead conversion & sales data to the Business Relationship & Marketing Manager

- Work strategically, planning thoroughly & maintaining top level view to improve & develop the Business Development Strategy

- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure marketing activity & strategy is as effective as possible in supporting the sale team function

- Have a great understand of the businesses' services on offer as well as product & production capabilities

- Maintaining & management of customer & supplier records

- Aftersales - regular communication with key clients to maximise opportunities and identify service improvements & repeat purchase business
