We are seeking candidates for a variety of Assembly Operator roles who can demonstrate flexiblity and who will be able to adapt their skill sets to work in assembly and sub assembly areas to include the metal shop, coil production, fan/ pump assembly, wiring and final test.
Hours of Work: Available shift patterns are as follows:
* 6am to 2pm
* 8am to 4pm
* 2pm to 10pm
Role Responsibilities
Production
* Achieve daily and weekly targets set from production plan by Production Manager and your Supervisor.
* Escalate any issues that impact the days production to your supervisor as soon as they arise.
* Use your knowledge and skills to suggest ways to improve the working practices and efficiency of the area.
* Required to be flexible, moving around the factory to help meet production needs as required. This may require moving between the two sites.
We require Assembly Operators who have a basic understanding of assembly of components. However, more importantly, we require people who are willing to learn, work as part of the team and have a can do attitude. We are looking for team members who will help drive performance and have a strong work ethic.
The Assembly Operator roles are physically demanding and requires good manual handling techniques to enable movement of part and fully assembled equipment around the factory. Use of hand tools etc is required and the ability to be hands on essential
