I am currently working on behalf of a leading contractor based in Greater Manchester who is looking for a Site Manager. We are looking for someone to join the team on a permanent basis ASAP.
Description
Site Manager - Property and Housing - Greater Manchester
- Manage day-to-day site activities
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Responsible for on-site Health and Safety
- Ensure that work quality is kept to a high standard
- Carrying out the schedule of works in line with budgetary and time constraints.
- Working in line with all NHBC regulations, building standards and codes of practice.
Profile
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Experience within Social Housing
- Coming from a trade background
- IOSH or NEBOSH
- First Aid trained
- Clean UK driving licence
