RE Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Site Coordinator to oversee our busy site operations based in Alfreton to support the depot's current growth.
Previous on-site contract/ coordination experience is preferred but more importantly is the desire, ambition, and commitment to be a success.
The successful candidate will be working on a site where the client is fully engaged with us. On a day-to-day basis, you will need to manage the changing operational needs of the client, reacting effectively to deliver value and quality. This is a multi-tasking role, which requires a level head and the ability to be highly organised and efficient.
You will be reporting directly to the National Account Manager.
Your duties will include:
Daily interaction with Operational/Senior Leadership and Planning Teams to ensure expectations and needs of the Client's business is exceeded
Attending weekly operational review meetings
Hands on with recruitment / Resourcing new candidates
Full responsibility for the selection of labour, performance, time management
Monitor, record & report regularly against set KPIs/SLAs
Organising of Overtime
Performance Conversations
Absence monitoring
Daily shop floor engagement
Effectively manage disciplinary & grievance issues in accordance with procedures
Flexibility to attend all 3 shifts is essential. (Mornings / Afternoon / Nights)
Working hours: Part time / Full time available (between 15 - 40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: GBP11.50 - GBP12.50 per hour
