Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 + up to 20% bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing Fashion Retailer, as our Ecommerce Optimisation Manager, a crucial role for our expanding ecommerce business. As a key member of our digital team, you will work to deliver a world class customer-centric user experience that makes our customers feel fabulous online.
JOB Responsibilities:
* Manage website content, products & user journeys to maximise conversion rates & ensure our online experience supports our brand values.
* Analyse on-site activity via relevant tools (heatmaps, user session replays & Google Analytics) to understand customer behaviour.
* Define and manage the CRO roadmap for the business, conducting competitor analysis, qualitative and quantitative research and multivariate testing to understand customer behaviour and optimise user journeys.
* Work with the merchandising teams to:
* Review trading & website performance to identify opportunities to maximise category sales by amending product ranking, on-site content, category structure, filters & navigation
* Work with the design team to:
* Create UX Briefs and wireframes for customer journey improvements aligned to business objectives
* Ensure the best quality & most relevant imagery & creative is used throughout the site to display the brand & product range to best effect
JOB Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in Ecommerce/CRO
* Strong Google Analytics skills
* A good working knowledge of e-commerce technologies and methodologies: User Experience Research, Mobile First, Merchandising, Product Recommendations, Site Search, Personalisation, Multivariate Testing, Experimentation, User Acceptance Testing, etc
