North, East, West and South East London vacancies
Permanent Position
GBP32,000 - GBP38,000 DoE
Company Van provided if mobile
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
1 week in 6 on call
22 days Annual Leave + B/H
Leading global facilities management provider on a prestigious contract, and they are looking for several Mobile Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical and / or Electrical biased)
Essential for this role will be CTC clearance (either current or able to obtain this), clear criminal records check and full UK driving licence with no points.

17th Edition qualification or higher (Electrical roles only)
Building maintenance background
Experienced fault finding in - lighting circuits faults, control boards & power distribution circuits
Mechanical engineer with a maintenance background.
Experienced fault finding in Steam Boilers, heating systems, Gas Fired Boilers, Air Compressors, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers
Inspection & Testing

Desirable Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Customer Liaison skills
Full clean driving licence (All mobile roles)
Health & safety awareness
