Our client is currently looking for new talent to join its team in the Norwich area. We are currently looking for a Packaging Buyer to join the Procurement team.
Reporting to the Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the packaging category, procurement, SRM, and management of the packaging materials.
What is offered:
Salary circa GBP36,000 depending on experience
Some agile working is available
What's required:
* Procurement and supplier relation experience
* Must be CIPS qualified or studying towards CIPS
* Wide experience of managing data in Excel and on MRP software
* Excellent numerical, planning, and organisational skills and a proven track record in meeting targets and working under pressure
* The ability to work in an extremely fast paced and dynamic growth business
This role will be challenging but also extremely rewarding and satisfying. A fantastic opportunity to work for an established business which has ambitious plans where you will be able to make a major contribution.
This role would suit a Junior Buyer, Buyer, Packaging Procurement professional who is currently CIPS qualified or studying towards.
