Lettings Manager | Office based | fantastic location, great progression opportunity, commission available, full training support, as well as supporting MARLA training.
The Company
A firm of chartered surveyors providing advice to rural property owner's, farmer's, landlord and tenant. Our client has a strong and successful presence in the property market across Worcestershire with both sales and lettings. The client has a busy team of RICS Registered Valuers and offer commercial property advice.
The Role
Duties of the Lettings Manager can include but are not limited to:
Managing the Tenancy and lettings process
Liaising with tenants, identifying their needs
Conducting viewings
Become the main point of contact between the L&T
Producing and regularly updating relevant reports
Deal with landlord issues, and challenges daily
Drive and manage the maintenance requirements
List new properties
Working alongside the team and the company director to help increase the business.
Our client currently manage 150 properties, and some let only.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with one Saturday out of six 9am - 12:30pm Required Skills
Minimum 1 Year experience within Lettings
Active interest within lettings/ property management
