Large Loss Claims Handler / Tonbridge / GBP35k
A leading third party claims solutions provider is seeking a Claims Handler to manage a portfolio or large or complex claims.
Duties:
• Effective day to day management of claims under your control
• Excellent communications with policyholders, Suppliers and Loss Assessors
• Occasional travel to policyholders' homes to assess liability etc
• Produce Large or Complex reports within agreed timeframes
• Maintain claim files to a very high standard
• Support the Customer Relations Team with complaints and in particular those involving the FOS
Skills required:
• Experience working in a similar role
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Accurate with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confident and professional attitude
• Commercially aware
