Recruitment Resourcer - Industrial Sector

Interaction Recruitment is one of the UK's leading independent recruitment agencies offering a quality and consultative service to both our clients and candidates.
Due to high levels of continued success and expansion we are growing our Industrial division and are currently seeking a Resourcer to run and grow some of our larger clients recruitment needs in the Cambridgeshire area. This role is based in our Peterborough office.
We are happy to consider candidates from any background, but with a preference in Recruitment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for an employer who will allow them to implement their own ideas and be given expert support and development.
The job role and the desk: You will be part of our busy, fast paced team establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will be working within a team with over 25 years experience of recruiting within the recruitment industry across the country who will be on hand to offer full support and deliver any training required for you to be as successful as possible.
What we want from you in return: Our team environment is a high priority, so we are looking for someone with the right attitude and aptitude. If you are open minded, willing to learn and have a good work ethic, that is all we expect. We want someone with initiative and the confidence to express it.
Once settled into the business and experienced is gained within this fast pace working environment, there will be a fast progression moving into a 360 Consultant where you will then have the opportunity to earn commission and hit targets where you will be rewarded accordingly.
Hours of work are Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
