Quality Administrator
Up to GBP25,000 DOE

Simpson Judge are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established developer and manufacturer of Household, Beauty and Health products. They have a large portfolio of global retail brands under their umbrella, they are focused on delivering highly innovative product ranges, working collaboratively with their business teams to remain at the forefront of all they do.
Due to recent business expansion, they're now recruiting a Quality Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate would have some technical experience with some knowledge of Quality, Compliance and Product Development, although it's not essential. This role will give you the opportunity to progress and develop your skill-set within a highly supportive organisation!
The purpose of your role is to ensure that the company's products are fit for purpose, meet customer expectations and are compliant.
Key Duties:
Review all customer requirements, ensure they are being met and evidence is recorded accurately
Monitor and report internal standards for quality, safety and regulatory
Maintain and improve policies, making suggestions for improvements and how to implement them
Manage customer complaints and report upon these, help the Quality Manager to carry out a full investigation with route cause analysis
Support the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems
Prepare presentations for customer meetings
Arrange Quality Control testing and samples
Maintaining communication with retail customers and developing strategic relationships
Managing the technical database, having a hand in regulatory, quality and safety
Key Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Experience in a technical quality management role would be advantageous
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems incl. manufacturing procedures
Computer literate with experience of MS Packages
Would suit a recent graduate but would be suited to someone with experience in retail, a manufacturer or a supplier to retail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
