Our client are suppliers to industry of embroidered clothing, uniforms, workwear and PPE.

They are an independent family-owned business who are dedicated to outstanding customer service.

As an Account Manager you will have a group of clients assigned to your care. The number of clients will vary over time. Success in your role is defined by two main factors:

* Customer satisfaction - Provide an exceptional level of customer care going above and beyond where possible

* Maximising Customer Spend - do all you can to make it easy for clients to spend more with the company. Identify product gaps with customers and proactively approach them to find ways of achieving this. Review spend history and identify products that may have dropped off with a view to regaining that spend

Role and Responsibilities

* Raising quotations, fulfilling sample requests and communicating any order due date or product changes to your customers.

* Arranging, scheduling and attending meetings with your accounts.

* Coordinating and communicating price increases to your clients.

* Assist other teams or team members with tasks/projects as required, including but not limited to; pro-active telesales, raising quotes, sourcing products, finance tasks and personal assistant-related tasks for management.

* Phone answering as required.

* Emails/inbox management.

* Work with Purchasing and Operations to ensure clients are kept updated with due date changes and product alternatives.

* Set up clients on system.

* Arrange samples for customers.

* Complete daily sales activity report.

* Please note; you will have a Customer Wow Budget of GBP40 per month which you can use to send gifts to customers if you learn of a birthday, bereavement, service issue, or other event significant event.
