Murphy Plant Plant Supervisor - Accommodation.
Based In Ollerton
We are recruiting for a Plant Supervisor to join our fabulous team at Ollerton. As a plant Supervisor you will be the main point of contact for all accommodation enquires ,triage all incoming requests, and push through workflows, monitoring, and providing feedback at all times.

What you will be doing
* Maintain a front of house presence for the Accommodation team.
* Triage all incoming correspondence and enquires, respond, pass forward, track and ensure issues raised from Project are addressed in a timely manner
* Assist in managing Syrinx, to ensure is up to date, with units listed in the correct status
* Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company's Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.
* Ensure reporting of Health & Safety incidents in line with Group expectation (2-1-2).
* Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
* Maintain accurate data and correct statuses for Accommodation units on Syrinx
* Ensure enquires are responded to in a timely manner, passed forward, and tracked.
* Maintain effective reporting lines to management: update team on key activities and attend and contribute to regular Accommodation meetings.
* Ensure that checklists for all items of Accommodation are completed by relevant team members prior to delivery
* Ensure all tasks are recorded via Syrinx, service sheets & service records are kept up to date and contra charged where appropriate.
* Regularly review established processes to look for improvements in quality, efficiency, innovation and safety. Refer any suggestions for improvements to the Management Team.
Who we are loking for
* IOSH - Managing Safely (Manager)
* Plant experience within a construction/engineering or similar background
* Excellent troubleshooting ability, technical knowledge of Plant and Equipment
* Be able to handle emergencies and adjust team priorities and work schedules as needed.
* Good level of IT knowledge
