Amazing opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation as HR/Training Coordinator. This role is based in the Spalding area working from the main head office Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm each day. As HR/Training Administrator you will provide support to the HR leads for training and development of employees and agency workers. To provide support to the HR team for employee relation cases, ethical initiatives and be a proactive driver in the upskilling of individuals to ensure a smooth and seamless HR service.

As HR/Training Administrator you will be:

* The first point of contact for the HR department to assist employees, support the recruitment process and assist in the day to day documentation required in a HR office environment

* Assist the HR team with employee relations administration for absence reporting and return to work documentation, disciplinary, performance management, note taking etc.

* Ensure the co-ordination of ongoing training and development of all employees by working closely with department managers and HR Lead

* Support the HR leads to drive change in their respective areas of the business by understanding the barriers and support needed using quantitative and qualitative data, create training plans and fully embed the company values.

* Ensure all employees are inducted/re-inducted for all employees, complete all training required, at times creating new content as needed in line with the ongoing development and training plan

What you will need:

* Previous HR administrative experience is essential

* Previous experiences drafting and delivering training is essential

* Experienced in Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook)-training will be given on specialist systems)

* Excellent level of English communications skills, in person, by telephone and in email

* Strong interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of the business
