Training Manager - Business Travel
Training Manager Vacancy with a successful Business Travel Company - Brand new position in a growing organisation - This is a multi-site position so frequent national travel is integral to the role - Salary around 30K-40K, but depends upon experience level. Prior experience in training Business Travel Consultants is essential, and could come from a Business Travel Operations Manager, Section Manager, Team Leader or from a more Training-focussed role.
Training Manager Responsibilities:
Hold face to face Induction Training Sessions to groups of new starters.
Ongoing engagement with staff focussing on their continued development, both in person and on video/audio calls
Collaborative planning work with the Head of Learning and Development.
Continued maintenance and development of own new product knowledge in order to ensure competency when training the wider team.
Training Manager Skills and Experience:
Prior experience training Business Travel Consultants is essential - You could have been an Operations Manager, Section Manager, Team Leader or Training Manager
High level of Competency using Galileo
Full flexibility needed in order to travel up and down the UK, this is NOT a field-based role, but you will work for several days in the southern office and then several days in the northern-office
