Job Description: We are working with a well-established commercial cleaning company who are focused on rewarding and developing their staff as well as offering an exceptional service to their clients. They are now looking for an Assistant Operations Cleaning Manager, full-time to cover Milton Keynes and Bedford.
The ideal Assistant Operations Cleaning Manager will be confident at leading teams, communicating, and working closely with senior colleagues and clients.
Requirements for the Assistant Operations Cleaning Manager:
* Good communication skills
* Professional manner
* Flexible attitude
* Some weekend work will be required as and when necessary
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Proven Contract Cleaning Management
* Staff training and leadership skills
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Multi-site experience
* Working to deadlines and KPI's
* IT Literate
* Full Clean Driving Licence
