My client are in the healthcare sector and are looking to seek a Personal Assistant on a temporal basis. They are looking for someone to start ASAP for 9 months initially, working full time 9am - 5pm.
Essential Skills:
* RSA level III, NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent level of experience, together with a high level of numeracy, written and spoken English
* Demonstrable proven experience of working as a PA or equivalent.
* Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive data and appropriate maintenance and storage of records.
* Minute taking and recording
* Experience of working autonomously
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Ability to manage own workload effectively and to work proactively as part of a team, and with a range of senior managers.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Advanced keyboard skills with the proven ability to produce reports, spreadsheets and correspondence
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
* Awareness of policies and procedures relating to dealing with confidential data both personal and organisational.
* Thorough understanding of secretarial procedures.
* Working knowledge of filing/data systems including records management.
* Good time keeping.
* Willingness to learn and develop skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel between sites.
Desirable Skills:
* Advanced ECDL
* Supervisory experience
* Audio typing
* Working in an NHS environment
* Ability to speak Welsh or willingness to learn
