Randstad UK C&P is currently hiring for a Front of House Receptionist for our global facilities management client who are supporting the workplace solutions of their corporate partner.

You will be responsible for the administrative function of the front of house. The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role and an excellent customer-facing service and presentation.

This position is based in Stornoway - part time working hours to be agreed, max of 35.

Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience
Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard
Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
Assist in emergency situations
Provide timely and accurate information
Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
Build strong rapport with recurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)The successful candidate:

Flexible, professional and adept at working under pressure
Outstanding written, verbal and oral communication skills
Customer oriented with a passion for high-level service
Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office, GSuite, etc.
