Account Manager
GBP25,000 - GBP28,000, Burgess Hill, M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm, 28 days hol, pension, parking
The Role
Due to continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to Join an award-winning manufacturing company. Reporting directly into the team manager and working closely alongside the sales and operational support teams, you will be providing support to the team manager, interacting with customers and responding to enquiries and managing your own accounts.
Take end to end ownership on a selection of client accounts ensuring consistent communication and outstanding service including
Proactive communication and contact with all assigned accounts
Responding to sales enquiries and preparing quotations
Liaising with, and preparing documentation for internal departments to ensure orders are actioned and completed
Administration of all account related paperwork
Handling customer concerns and feedback through to completion and process improvements
Support team manager with duties relating to key accounts
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions/shows and events as required (including some overnight stays)
Requirements
We would expect the successful Account Manager to be able to demonstrate some experience in either an account management or sales-based environment, be an excellent communicator and passionate about providing an excellent service to your clients. You will be confident acting on your own initiative, naturally organised and able to multi-task effectively. You will also have competent IT skills and be comfortable picking up new systems.
