Junior Internal Sales
Location- Lutterworth
GBP21,000 - GBP22,000 per annum
Support a portfolio of UK-based existing customers. You'll be part of a team selling via the telephone our extensive range of products.
This role would suit a super organised candidate who is great on the phone and a real team player. The position is permanent, full-time with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Enquiries
Responding to B2B customer enquiries - via email, phone and website
Providing timely product advice, samples, quotations and follow-ups as needed
Preparing quotations and resolving pricing issues
Updating CRM system
Business Development
Identifying new business opportunities (from market research or internally generated leads)
Carrying out research
Making contact with potential customers to pitch for new business, securing new deals
Following up to ensure repeat business
Account Management
Proactive customer contact to build and maintain relationships
sales profitably with existing accounts - up-selling & cross-selling
Full accountability for the profitability, product mix and growth of own customer portfolio
Skills set:
At least one - two years' office-based sales/customer service experience
Great customer service skills - listening, negotiation, problem-solving, commercially astute
Characteristics - driven, resilient, honest, friendly & approachable, supportive of colleagues
Good attention to detail
Salary GBP21,000 - GBP22,000 per annum
Hours of work: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday
