With this in mind they are hiring a team of graduates looking to forge a career in sales. As this is a graduate position, absolutely no sales experience is required as full training is provided however we are looking for resiliant, ambitious and dedicated graduates.
This is not a call centre, you will not be phoning people at home or working crazy hours, this is a 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday Business Sales Graduate program.
Duties:
* Identifying potential clients through market research
* Scheduling appointments for sales representatives
* Documenting client information
* Undertaking extensive and continual product knowledge training
Prerequisites:
* This is a graduate program, to apply candidates MUST have recently graduated from university.
* Self-Motivation
* Dedication.
* Willingness to learn
* Resiliance
* Conversational and Soft Skills.
* Analytical Aptitude.
This position offers a healthy basic salary with a guaranteed payrise within the first year and excellent bonus earning potential.
As this is a graduate program, there is fast track promotional path available to all successful candidates with routes to a variety of different roles within the organisation
