Our client is an innovative independent Building Consultancy that operates in various sectors such as commercial, education, retail, industrial and residential. They provide a phenomenal service of project and professional Building Surveying works such as dilapidations, condition surveys, PPMs, reinstatement cost assessments, technical due-diligence surveys, and party wall matters.
Due to increased workload and opportunities, they are looking to strategically recruit an experienced Building Surveyor to their office in York. The role would be a varied one servicing their clients such as RMG, Places for people, and key public sector clients.
The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter determined to develop with the business. You will be part of an ambitious team of 4 who create a friendly, relaxed office atmosphere; however, they are keen to progress due to a tremendous structured bonus scheme with a quarterly review allowing you to receive 15% of what you earn over your target. Furthermore, there is a generous incentive for bringing in new business!
The salary range starts at GBP35k + Car. However, this can be pushed further depending on the candidate's level of experience
