Sales Advisor
With a starting salary of GBP30,000 and an uncapped OTE of GBP45,000 which increases year on year, I'm on the lookout for an experienced Sales Advisor who is target driven, confident as well as a personable individual to join an award winning financial services company.
As one of the leading names in the industry with over 30 years experience, you would be responsible for converting warm leads and securing sales in a consultive way whilst also having a natural ability to build rapport.
As a Sales Advisor, what's in it for you?

Your day-to-day duties as a Sales Advisor will:
Converting warm leads through inbound and outbound calls to secure sales of financial services
Effective questioning and fact-finding in a consultive way in order to advise on the most appropriate product and service
This is a regulated environment so also making sure that regulatory advice is followed
Hitting and exceeding KPIs and activity levels whilst maintaining pipeline management
Over coming objections in order to make sales
Providing fantastic customer service and product knowledge to ensure that the customer understands exactly the features and benefits of services taken and how best to utilise them
You would be a successful Sales Advisor if you:
Experience in positions such as, Sales Advisor, New Business Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Advisor or equivalent of at least 18 months in a telephony based role
Proven experience of working towards and exceeding KPIs
An individual who isn't looking for a job and is looking for a career
A confident and resilient individual who has the drive and tenacity to succeed
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
