We are pleased to be recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor position with a starting salary of GBP23,500 that will rise to GBP25,500 upon completion of probation. Responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
Focused on conducting high quality regulated outbound sales calls ensuring the customer meet the required criteria for lending
Measured against several KPIs to ensure targets are met
Appropriate questioning and fact finding to recommend appropriate options for the customer
Ideal candidate for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor would be someone who:
Proven experience in outbound sales and strongly working towards and hitting KPIs
Experience in postions such as Outbound Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Loan Executive, Insurance Broker or similar
Educated to GCSE level
Being able to close deals on a wide range of products and also being able to upsell
Being able to put respond quickly to training and putting those actions into practise
