Mental Capacity Legal Secretary , Southampton

You will be a legal secretary with experience gained within a very busy law private practice law firm supporting fee earners.
You will be expected to provide high level administrative support and to handle client relationships on behalf of the firm.
Typically you'll handle all secretarial matters on behalf of the Mental Capacity team including organising travel and meetings , producing and amending documents, preparing files for court, dealing with routine client telephone enquiries and conducting money laundering checks.
