Trainee Sales Designer
Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Kitchen Sales Designer to work for a well-established and well-known company in the New Forest District area paying up to GBP22,000 + commission
Your role as a Trainee Kitchen Designer will be to deliver an excellent service to customers from when they take their first step into the showroom to the moment the installation team finish fitting the last cupboard door. Taking ownership of every project and creating unique designs for your customers.
Your main duties will involve:
Handling all aspects of the design, planning and installation through to completion, including:
Imaginative Kitchen/bathroom design, planning, CAD work and on-site surveys
Converting Kitchen and bathroom designs and quotations into sales orders
Driving sales turnover and building repeat customer relationships
Improving profit and margin through solution selling
Ordering products
Arranging installations when necessary
You will need to:
Demonstrate a passion for sales and design with an ability to deliver creative ideas and inspiration
Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly
Have high levels of customer service with a sales focus
Have a knowledge of Winner Design, Virtual Worlds and EQ Software systems would be an advantage though not essential as training will be provided
Have a driving license to carry out customer visits
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5.00pm Monday - Friday,
plus, Saturdays 8.00am-12.00pm on a rota basis
